Heart: From Him and for Him

Trends are born anytime, anywhere. It could be in the world of fashion, technology, food, places, or even people theirselves. As those trends are becoming popular, having a "broken heart" is also getting viral.

I've been a member of 'Camp Sawi' before. Heartbreak after heartbreak (crushes, first love, "almost" boyfriends, M.U.'s, "first" boyfriend), my heart seemed very flexible to adapt those and let others abused it with their very best. When I'm really in love, I never considered myself as "Tanga" or believed in the saying, "Love is blind". I just learned that when you love that someone, you have to accept his/her beauty and ugliness, inside out. I thought it was the 'right love' but I'm just loving the 'wrong person' at the same time. Broken and lonely as I was, these fueled bitterness in my heart.

Men, women, teens, adults----everyone is not exempted. It selects no age, time, or place to experience this.

How's your heart right now? Does it still pumps blood the way it should be? Or do you feel as though it was empty and you don't know where you can get that 'something' to fill it in?

Dying.... my feeling everytime I woke up in the morning after I experienced my ever-major heartbreak. It seemed like I hid the dead soul inside my living body as I continued to function as a human being.

You thought no one really deserves your love and there's no such thing as perfect love. No, that is Satan's lie. You deserve to love and to be loved.

The perfect example is God's love. He loves you so much that He gave His only Son, Jesus Christ, to rescue you from this world's selfishness. No matter how many times you run away from Him, He will never get tired of waiting for you to come back in His wide-open loving arms. Only Him and His perfect love can satisfy that empty heart of jar.

As what the cliché says, "Guard your heart." Yes! But how? Surely, heart is deceitful above everything else.

Give and surrender your heart to Christ and be so hidden in Him that someon, who is in Him as well, could find you. Only those who have a brave heart yet fears God will truly pursue you in the loving hands of God.

Always remember, your worth is found in Christ. 💐
